The Details
OtterBox needed a high-energy sizzle video to debut its new portable wireless charger at CES 2019. The objective was clear: showcase the product’s unique features in a bold, visually compelling way that would capture attention in a fast-paced trade show environment.
To achieve this, we leaned into the charger’s vibrant color and illuminated power lights to create a striking, high-contrast visual aesthetic. Custom-designed environments were abstracted into linear graphic backgrounds, keeping the focus firmly on the product while subtly reinforcing the idea of mobility and on-the-go power with OtterSpot.
Working under a tight timeline, we streamlined the process by developing a focused moodboard to secure creative alignment quickly. Once approved, we moved directly into animation, delivering a dynamic piece designed to stand out on the CES stage.
