It’s no secret that many animators and video professionals are also avid gamers, so when we were invited to bring 3D visuals to an upcoming OtterBox x Xbox commercial, our team was eager to jump in. Collaborating closely with the OtterBox team, we identified the key selling points of each new gaming accessory and focused on the features that would resonate most with players.
From there, we crafted dramatic 3D moments using quick, impactful cuts and high-contrast lighting to amplify texture, durability, and performance—delivering a bold “wow factor” that matched the energy of the gaming world. These animated segments were seamlessly integrated into the final live-action commercial, elevating the overall production and highlighting the product details in a dynamic way.
