FieldFlo came to Control Shift Video to create a website video that could speak directly to teams working in demanding, high-risk field environments while showcasing how their construction safety and project management software helps keep crews safer, compliant, connected, and efficient.

The challenge? Many of the environments we needed to show were difficult or unsafe to film, and traditional stock footage didn’t accurately represent the specialized work, equipment, PPE, and safety procedures required. Instead, we turned to generative AI video production using Kling 3.0 to build the scenes we needed.

But generating the environments was only part of the job. Because FieldFlo’s platform supports safety management, documentation, training, inspections, and compliance, visual accuracy mattered. A convincing shot wasn’t enough if the worker was wearing the wrong PPE, using equipment incorrectly, or performing a task in a way that could undermine the safety message.

FieldFlo provided the script, and our team worked through prompt after prompt—refining environments, workers, equipment, procedures, and small safety details until the visuals supported the story accurately.

The result is an AI-generated industrial marketing video that gives FieldFlo a way to authentically represent its audience and their job sites without putting a traditional production crew into hazardous environments.
