Remote | Houston, Texas | Commission Based
Control Shift Video is looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to help us connect with companies that need better ways to explain, launch, and market complex products and ideas.
We work primarily with technology, industrial, energy, medical, SaaS, and consumer technology brands, creating everything from live-action video and customer stories to motion graphics, 3D animation, product explainers, and launch content.
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with prospective clients that align with our expertise.
- Build relationships with marketing, communications, product, and sales leaders.
- Learn enough about a prospect's goals and challenges to recognize where Control Shift Video can help.
- Introduce qualified opportunities to our team and help move conversations forward.
- Maintain relationships with prospects and past clients to uncover future opportunities.
- Represent Control Shift Video in a way that feels consultative, knowledgeable, and human—not pushy or transactional.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to be a video production expert, but you should be comfortable talking with B2B decision-makers and learning about technical products and industries.
Experience in advertising, marketing, video production, technology, industrial, energy, healthcare, or other B2B professional services is a strong plus.
We're especially interested in someone who is self-motivated, comfortable building their own pipeline, communicates well, and understands that good sales starts with listening.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with compensation tied directly to business you help bring to Control Shift Video. Commission structure, payment timing, lead ownership, and ongoing account opportunities will be clearly defined before you begin.
